ENHANCING DIGITAL SKILLS FOR THE LOGISTICS WORKFORCE - EFFECTIVE LINKAGE THROUGH TRAINING AND EDUCATION 
 
1.  Introduction

Following the guidance of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Vietnam International Logistics Exhibition (abbreviated as VILOG) is being organized for the first time in Vietnam. The event is jointly organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and VINEXAD Company. It presents a highly significant opportunity for domestic and foreign logistics service businesses, as well as related communities such as investors and shippers, to come together, collaborate, seek consultation, and select optimal solutions to enhance their logistics processes. 

The Vietnam Logistics Human Resource Education & Training Forum - VLET - The 3rd edition, is being held as part of VILOG. The forum is organized by the Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA) and the Vietnam Logistics Research and Development Institute (VLI). The main theme of the forum is "Enhancing Digital Skills for the Logistics Workforce - Effective Linkage through Training and Education" aiming to foster collaboration between businesses and training institutions in sharing knowledge, experiences, and resources.
