8 new Customs Brokers are licensed by the GDVC

The General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has issued decisions to recognize 8 new customs brokers.
According to decisions 2952/QĐ-TCHQ, 2953/QĐ-TCHQ, 2954/QĐ-TCHQ, 2956/QĐ-TCHQ, the GDVC recognizes customs brokers for companies, including Son Thanh Holdings Joint Stock Company, in Hanoi; Vietnam Logistics Network Company Limited, in Hanoi; Leschaco Vietnam Company Limited, in Hanoi; Gia Huy Logistics Joint Stock Company, in Hanoi.
According to Decisions 2958/QD-TCHQ, 2959/QD-TCHQ, 2960/QD-TCHQ, 2961/QD-TCHQ, the GDVC recognizes customs brokers for Anh Duc Import-Export Services Company Limited, in Quang Binh; ASIAN TECH TRADE LLC, in Ho Chi Minh City; Tin Phat Logistics Trading and Services Company Limited, in Binh Duong; Harmony Logistics Joint Stock Company, in Hanoi.
Newly recognized Customs brokers are responsible for complying with the provisions of the Customs Law and Circular 12/2015/TT-BTC dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance providing procedures for issuance of certificate of training in customs declaration; issuance and revocation of customs broker code; procedures for recognition and operation of customs brokers, amended and supplemented by Circular 22/2019/TT-BTC dated April 16, 2019.
